Our Process For Engaging New Clients

We’ve created a process that allows both of us to ascertain whether we will be a good fit for your project. Let’s test the waters first, then take a deep dive if we all agree that we are in alignment. 

01: The estimate

The first step we will take on your project is to give you a quick estimate. It is an educated guess. We will take all of our data from previous projects and let you know, ballpark, what your project will cost. We will also highlight any major risks involved with your project. If our ballpark estimate is in the right range, we will move on to the next phase. 

 

02: Design contract

We’re good? Perfect. Let’s start collaborating to flesh out all of the details of the project. We will put together a design contract that will allow us to spend the time required to bid your project and fully explore all of the potential risks. Our job during the design phase, is to take your vision and break down the elements that it will take to become a fully realized project. 

 

03: Consulation & Full Bid

Now the bidding work begins. Let’s get down to the nitty gritty and make some decisions that will inform the cost and design of the project. We will guide you through the design selections and we will send each element of your project out for bid to our team of expert subcontractors. By the time we are done, you will have all of the information you need to make an informed decision to move forward. 

 

04: Project Acceptance

Boom! We’re in business and ready to go. We will assign the project lead, provide you with the kickoff kit and start laying out a timeline, purchasing schedule and team to complete your project.
